2021 AGM

In the interests of the health and safety of shareholders, G8 team members and other stakeholders in the context of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and in light of the increased participation rate at G8 Education Limited’s virtual 2020 Annual General Meeting, the Company has decided to deliver its 2021 Annual General Meeting as a fully virtual meeting via the Link virtual meeting platform.

The Link virtual meeting platform allows shareholders attending virtually to watch and listen to the meeting, to ask questions in relation to the business of the meeting by submitting written questions using the online facility and to vote online in real time during the meeting.
